Triple Berry Smoothie Recipe

Looking for a go-to daily smoothie recipe? Try my favorite Triple Berry Smoothie.

1 Banana
1 Cup @wymansfruit Triple Berry Frozen Berries (wild blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
1 Handful of Spinach
1 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk


  • Peel your banana and put into your blender
  • Scoop out your berries and add (if you are using fresh berries instead, add a few ice cubes)
  • Add your spinach and almond milk
  • Blend until smooth
  • Top with berries and enjoy!

This has become a staple for me in the mornings. It's a quick and easy way to pack in some raw healing foods.
