I'm Gina Tripodo-Cummings, founder of Heal With Gina®.

I grew up in a home shaped by neglect, emotional and physical abuse, and substance abuse, with four parents between biological and step, and not one space that felt truly safe. School didn't offer refuge either. What it all left me with was a deep, aching hunger for love and no real map for how to find it.

So I looked in the places that felt familiar. Unavailable men. Toxic relationships. Connections that mirrored the love I'd always known, not the love I actually deserved. For a long time, I didn't know the difference.

​

In my twenties, something shifted. I began doing the real work: setting boundaries for the first time, rebuilding my self-worth from the ground up, and unlearning the relationship patterns I had never chosen but had carried everywhere. I worked on my relationship with unavailable and unsafe partners, with sex and intimacy, with the way I showed up for myself versus the way I showed up for everyone else. Slowly, I became my own safest person. And when I did, something remarkable happened: I stopped attracting what I had always feared and started drawing in what I had always deserved. My husband Corey is the living proof of that.

That journey - every painful, clarifying, transformative step of it, is the foundation of this work. After a decade as a clinical social worker holding space for women through their deepest struggles, I expanded into coaching so I could offer something more: a multidimensional, holistic approach built from my own healing and my years of clinical practice. The framework I created, Attracting the Love You Crave, maps the very stages I walked through myself.

I'm not a guide who found this work in a textbook. I found it in my own life, and I rebuilt myself through it. Now I help other women do the same.

And one more thing: when you invest in this work, you're not just investing in yourself. Each month, a portion of proceeds from my 1:1 clients is donated to a charity because healing that starts within one woman has a way of rippling far beyond her.
