There are times I hardly recognize the person I was or the life I once lived. Growing up, I faced a series of challenging—and often deeply traumatic—experiences. By my early teens, I had entered what many describe as a “dark night of the soul.” I didn’t know it then, but those wounds would eventually become some of my greatest teachers.

With the support of a few extraordinary souls who offered me grounding, safety, and affirmation of my own inner knowing, I made it through that period—barely, but miraculously. My life stabilized, even if only at the level of survival, and I carried forward one powerful truth: I could withstand anything.

​

In my late teens and early twenties, another wave of complex and unfamiliar traumas arrived all at once. This time, the fork in the road was clear. Survival wasn’t enough—I had to evolve. What followed was a years-long interpersonal and spiritual healing journey—one I’m still walking today. Rebuilding my connection to faith and spirituality brought profound clarity, helping me understand the purpose woven into even my most difficult experiences.

If there is one word that defines my life, it’s transformation. I can now see that every painful moment, every unhealthy dynamic, and every challenge offered me exactly what I needed to reshape myself and my path.

My passion for helping others has always been a guiding force. I pursued a degree in counseling and became a licensed therapist, a role I continue to hold with gratitude. My thriving therapy practice in New York allows me to support individuals in discovering their own capacity for healing and in finding beauty within their lives.

In 2024, I received a strong intuitive nudge to expand my work and create Heal With Gina®—a space where I could share the tools, perspectives, and transformative processes that changed my life, and make them accessible to more people around the world.

​
